The Project is under PWA Framework Construction Contract for LRDP Work Order No. DS131 and it was constructed/delivered through a Joint Venture between Boom & Lotus (BLJV).
The scope of DS131 was to carry out grading works and provide temporary roads, foul sewer, surface water, street lighting, electricity, potable water, and telecommunication road crossing ducts within the carriageway.
Lotus scope of work comprised the construction, testing, commissioning and completion of Drainage system and Surface water works along with Microtunnelling works and three pumping stations (Civil and MEP)
